IT Specialist 1st and 2nd Level Support (m/f/d)

You will face these challenges, among others:

- Solution-oriented contact for our employees

- Training of employees

- Support of our IT landscape MS Office, macOS etc.

- Takeover of IT projects up to implementation

- Editing Internet – Intranet

- Expansion of the internal knowledge base, training documents, documentation

Ideally, you bring the following with you:

- Studies in computer science, business informatics, training as an IT specialist

- Experience in 1st and 2nd level support

- Good knowledge of Office programs, Batch, PowerShell

- Knowledge of mobile device management, client device management with Matrix42

- Strong communicative, social skills

- Cooperative collegial interaction
