Your tasks:

- Expert processing of incoming telephone calls from our customers

- Comprehensive and competent advice on all questions relating to DAKOSHARE

- Telephone advice and sales of our DAKOSHARE subscriptions and our products

- Active telephone sales

- Ensuring sales goals

Your profile:

- You are empathetic and at the same time success-oriented; You like to inspire people about your cause

- You already have experience in field sales

- Enjoy advising and supporting customers over the telephone

- Strong sales orientation and service mentality

- Sales talent

- Quality awareness and reliability

- Interest in learning new things

- Fluent knowledge of German and English
